What colors can I use to paint the B[ae]rista bear?

Our B[ae]rista acrylic paints were specially developed for our bear. They’re perfectly matched to the material and guarantee the best results. That’s why we recommend using only our colors – for ideal coverage, beautiful marbling, and a long-lasting result.

Will the B[ae]rista bear be delivered painted?

No, your B[ae]rista bear arrives as a blank canvas – ready for your personal design. You’ll create your own unique piece of art, entirely in your style.

Is the B[ae]rista bear also suitable for children?

Yes, under supervision. Our sets are ideal for children aged 5 and up – they encourage creativity, focus, and are simply fun. Just make sure an adult is present during the painting process.

What material is the B[ae]rista bear made of?

Our bears are made of high-quality vinyl – smooth, durable and perfect for painting. The surface ensures a clean finish and strong color results.

Can I put the B[ae]rista bear outside after painting it?

Our bears are designed for indoor use. If you'd like to place yours outside, make sure it's in a weather-protected area.

Do I need to mix or prepare the paints?

No – please don’t mix them. Our B[ae]rista acrylic paints are made to be used as they are. Just layer the colors in the cup and pour them directly onto the bear. This keeps the marbling effect intact and gives your design its unique look.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Austria is €5.90.
Orders over €50 ship for free – automatically, no code needed.

How long does shipping take?

We know fast & safe shipping matters. That’s why we carefully pack and send your order insured. Within Austria, your B[ae]rista package usually arrives within 1–3 working days – so you won’t have to wait long to get started.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Austria, Germany and Switzerland. More countries coming soon!

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link – so you always know where your B[ae]rista package is (almost as exciting as unboxing it!).

How can I change or cancel my order?

If your box hasn’t been shipped yet, just send us a message – we’ll see what’s possible. Once it’s on its way, changes can’t be made anymore.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

As long as your package hasn’t been shipped, yes! Just write to us quickly and we’ll take care of it.

How secure is my online order?

Yes - our website is SSL-encrypted and we only use certified, trusted payment providers. Your data stays protected.

Do I need an account to order?

Nope – you can simply check out as a guest. No registration needed.

What if something’s missing or damaged?

No worries! If something’s not right, just send us a message. We’ll take a look together and find a good solution.

Since every B[ae]rista Box is a creative DIY set put together just for you, we unfortunately can’t offer returns.

What if my item is defective?

That shouldn't happen, of course! Just send us a quick message with a photo and a short description tohello@baerista.at– we’ll take care of it right away so you can get started.
